Pam Anderson didn’t really mean to marry Kid Rock

I mean, who would really after giving it some deep thought. Recently on the Howard Stern show, Pamela Anderson revealed she regrets the entire union, citing a ‘good mood’ that led her to marry the rap-rocker in St Tropez in August. She also denies comments made by her ex that she was out partying every night while they were married.

"I was in Vancouver doing a movie three days a week, and I would come home for the four-day weekend to be with my kids. My mom and dad were here and Kid was in Detroit making an album, and they were here looking after his son, too!"

"I think I just got swept up and I wanted to have a family for my kids. But you remember really quickly when you get back together why you’re not together."

"It was just the whole idea of having a family and not having to introduce someone new to my kids. We both wanted a family, we both have kids. But when we were together, it just wasn’t a good thing."

In 2003 the pair split before reuniting this year and marrying in August. Pam wrote this on her blog a month before the wedding:

"Feels like I’ve been stuck in a time warp. Not able to let go of MY family picture … it’s been sad and lonely and frustrating … I’ve raised my kids alone in hope of a miracle. Well my miracle came and went. And came back and back because he knew that I’d wake up one day and realize that I was waiting for nothing." "I’m moving on," she declared. "I feel like I’m finally free … I’m in love."
