Daniel Smith’s Body Demanded By Dad

I just KNEW we wouldn’t see Anna Nicole buried in peace without something else being dug up. Daniel Smith’s father Billy now wants his son to be taken back to Texas:

Billy Smith — through his lawyer, Kara S.P. Butler — is asking The Chief Magistrate of the Bahamas, Roger Gomez, “permission to have the remains of Daniel Wayne Smith (deceased) exhumed from its current location here in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and to be transferred where his father and family reside in the State of Texas.”

Oy, vey! Daniel passed away MONTHS ago and NOW his dad wants him exhumed and re-buried? What’s the motive here? Is this Virgie’s doing in the aftermath of her obtaining custody of the body? Or is this the work of a grieving dad who wants his son near him?

    Virgie Arthur and Billy Smith did not give a hoot about any of this until somebody in the media started throwing money at them. They don’t have any money to be exhuming bodies and having them re-buried. Someone is bankrolling all of this. It is the most horrific example of white trash trying to make a buck. Billy Smith and Anna were married for 2 seconds - actually for one year and then they divorced. He was not in Daniel’s life much if at all. Virgie’s command of the English language is pathetic. You know she cannot afford these powerful lawyers she has hired. I think THEY should be investigated for malicious fraud!!!!!

    Everyone in this is in it for the money however, I will defend Virgie Arthur to an extent. She was Anna’s mother and as a mother who lost a child in October, 2006 - no matter the relationship at the time, your heart is broken. I don’t know any of the players in this as I am sure you don’t so give them a break. Even Daniel’s father who wasn’t in the picture must feel sadness due to loosing his son and ex-wife. I also lost my ex-husband and father of my children even though we were married much more than 1 year - it hurt like hell. Let’s let these people grieve in their own way and out of the press.

    Howard Stern does not care either,Please he is in for the money too. He is more interested in what he get for the trade of Dannielynn. No one should have the right to make decisions on what belongs to Dannielynn. Let it wait until she is able to make her own decisions on who will get anything. I think everyone has taking enough of her mother. Howard Stern has taking from almost day one, then he make a video of the person he so call Loves looking drugged up and talks about money. So there you go don’t think we need to say no more! My heart is with Dannielynn, Virgie and Larry.
