What’s Up Doc? Heather Locklear’s New Man is Jack Wagner

I guess they’re on again. After their ‘fictional’ ties on the show, Melrose Place, Heather and Jack - or Dr Peter Burns and Amanda - have been spotted "spending time together".

Apparently it hasn’t been a little bit of time either. For me, they were always getting back together.

I don’t know who thought she would stick with David Spade!? Well, maybe Heather did when she tattooed the word Finch above her red-vine thing. Heather maintains it was just a fling between Just Shoot Me’s Dennis Finch.  We see through it.

She got a bunch of flack from her girlfriends for dating Spade, now she’s backpeddling. Will she get the ‘finch’ removed like her Sambora tattoo? Is Wagner in for some love ink?
