Denise Richards and Pam Anderson Sued

Photographers, Rik Fedyck and Scott Cosman, say that while at a Vancouver hotel in November 2006, Richards "became enraged" and "stormed up" to them calling them names and "scumbags.”

Denise goes on to hit the photographers and then grabs their laptops and hurls them off the balcony, apparently hitting two elderly ladies.

The old ladies aren’t pressing charges, but the photographers have decided to do so, also dragging Pamela Anderson into the mix for allegedly making defamatory statements about the photographers in interviews, while promoting the movie, Blonde & Blonder.

The paparazzi claim the comments made by the pair in interviews have hampered their careers, but I’m not quite sure the two would have referred to the photographers by name - which would need to occur in a defamation case - as opposed to just says "dickhead paparazzi".

The incident was caught on hotel security cameras. I can’t wait for the rebuttal where we find out what the photographers actually did to warrant such an attack. I’m guessing they weren’t just walking to the elevator to hit the pools.

In any case, in court, this and this may hurt Denise Richards’ case.
