What does a turkey wattle necked cowboy wannabe have in common with a aggressive dyke who thrives on the blood of the right wing? They’re both unapologetic racists.

Rosie jumped to the freshly unemployed radio personalities defense after Imus was busted making disparaging remarks about the Rutger’s Women’s Basketball Team that closely mimicked her own incident when she mocked the Chinese language.

Listen, here’s the thing. There’s free speech in America. You can say anything that you want in this country. And to think that you could be penalized for it by a corporation is kind of a strange…

It’s just wonderful that two privilaged members of the Media Establishment perpetuate bigotry under the guise of free speech because that’s exactly what the First Amendment is intended to protect. It’s the Jock Strap of everyone who fugs up the playbook then demands a rematch.

    She’s right to an extent. Here in America, you CAN say horrid, racist, ignorant things if you so choose. (Within limits, you can not endanger people by yelling “fire” in a crowded theater for instance)

    However, Corporations, groups, and any other individuals also has the right to judge you for it and decide to fire/shun/hold you accountable for your words.

    If you really feel strongly, write the people who pay for ad time on their shows and complain. Imus has lost a few sponsors already and if anything will kill his show losing revenue for the suits will be it.

    Imus is just an old cranky crusty bigot who needed to be stopped!! He got what he deserved. Thanks MSNBC! Rosie is a middle aged crusty woman who desperately needs to be stopped!! Hey Barbara Walters and ABC what are you waiting for? Do it, do it now!! She is a hatefilled ugly american who thinks her opinion is the only opinion! See how far it got Don?!
