Howard K. Stern On The Warpath!

Now that the Dannielynn DNA issue has been settled, Howard and his new attorney L. Lin Wood can get down to what has plagued Stern from the minute Daniel Smith was pronounced dead: accusations of murder. In a stunning move Stern has filed a Texas sized lawsuit against Virgie Arthur’s bigshot lawyer John O’Quinn:

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in West Palm Beach, also accuses attorney John O’Quinn of invasion of privacy and seeks unspecified damages. According to the lawsuit, O’Quinn appeared on several national television shows in which he suggested Stern murdered Smith. During an interview in Fort Lauderdale, O’Quinn told Fox News Show’s Greta Van Susteren that Arthur believed Stern had murdered her daughter and that O’Quinn agreed with her. O’Quinn also suggested on MSNBC that Stern had ulterior motives for wanting to see Smith’s will days before Smith died. “The public airwaves should never be used to promote personal agendas or vendettas,” Stern’s attorneys L. Lin Wood said in a statement issued Friday.

DAMN! This is about to get heavy, O’Quinn and Wood are both seasoned pros at this game and the fight that it’s going to come down given their respective reputations is going to be FUGLY with a capital F! Stay tuned!

    O’Quinn take this Sterns and Woods through the wringer and make Sterns accountable for what he did to Anna and Daniel .. More scare tactics . I am waiting for the day that you and other attorney’s get Sterns on the witness stand and put his ass in jail

    Okay so now HKS has stopped the auction of her diaries what is next ?? He is in absolute control and now I know why Virgie is fighting for control and I hope the hell she gets it for Larry is too weak to fight this freak .

    I am so happy Howard has done this. Oquinn reminds me of a leader of a mob that hangs a innocent man. Articles state Oquinn suggested Howard murdered………he did not suggest……… he very maliciously said many times Howard is a murderer! I hopeOquinn pays dearly for this!

    you have that one wrong for if anyone belongs in a mob it is HKS . This guy stops at nothing to get money . He needs to be in court over the death of Anna and Daniel .. He is Satan

    I hope anyone reading this will realize that all the comments, so far, against Howard are from the same person…….I personally can not understand how anyone could watch Howard with Anna and not realize how much he loved her……how she was his whole life. Howard deserves millions of dollars for the time he spent in Annas behalf…….look what Debra Opri charged Larry for the short time she was with him. Virgie called Anna and HKS murderers and she hadnt even seen Anna and Daniel in years……. and never met Howard ……and people like Oquinn and Fran believe her and join the mob and hang the innocent man. I think its sad!

    Howard K. Stern is not the bad guy here as you will see as time goes on. It will be Virgie and her loud mouthed Attorney that will end up with nothing. I think whatever money Howard ends up getting he deserves. He was Anna Nicole’s close friend and confident for so many years. He should have been given a salary but was happy just to be around Anna. He really loved her and he was a good friend to Daniel which is what Anna wanted. I feel so bad for him losing so much.
