Dannielynn Custody Day Version 2.0

0417_bh_dl_cover_ok1.jpg The Bahamas Brouhaha continues as the hearing for the custody of Dannielynn Last-Name-To-Be-Determined is scheduled to take place this afternoon. Virgie "Don’t You Wish Your Stepsister Was A Freak Like Me" Arthur is expected to continue her fight for the custody of her granddaughter in the event of Larry Birkhead’s death. We’ll keep you posted on what’s what as the drama unfolds.

    custody should be split between the two grandmothers if something should happen to larry

    As the sole living parent, Larry can name whomever he wants to be guardian should he die. I would imagine he would name one or more of his siblings (as he has a twin brother who is married with children, and sister’s with children too). The Grandparent’s would be too old to take on a child of this age.

    Virgie is out of line and is going to ruin her relationship with Larry. Considering how concerned she was about the welfare of the baby being in Howard’s care, it’s funny now how she is the one delaying Larry being able to take the baby from Howard….. Virgie should of been happy that she was going to get to be the Grandmother, which wouldn’t of happened had Howard been the father, or if Anna had lived.
