It’s just that when you’ve been eating a of it, it’s not the best idea to don a frock that resembles a Hershey Kiss with the foil flag torn off and turned into strappy sandals or part your similarly colored hair straight down the middle drawing attention to your-ah-healthy cheekbones. Why not try something that gently hugs the womanly curves? Or some fruit as a snack? Or time on the treadmill? All three of those put together couldn’t hurt.
