Rachael Ray Apologizes To Oprah

People magazine reported that Ray apologized to her Royal Blackness after a rumour spread RR had dissed a portrait of O-Win hanging in her production offices:

If people want to slam me, just slam me. I felt bad for Oprah because it attached my name to [hers]. I wrote her a not saying I would never presume to redress your paintings.

Uh huh. Um, if she didn’t do anything wrong like all her PR people were shrieking a few months back, why does she need to open that big fat mouth of hers? The fact that she apologized only makes her look that much guiltier. God, I wish she would just drown in a big pot of chicken stock so I could stand there with a chopstick sort of life preserver and taunt her with the idea that she might live to crank out another of her messipes.
