DiCaprio Sued By Neighbors and DiCaprio Don’t Care

Leonardo DiCapro is being sued for more than $250,000 by his Los Angeles neighbours for building a basketball court that has allegedly been damaging their property since 2004.

Ronald and Joan Linclau accuse the actor of "maliciously" cutting and removing hedges while crossing onto their property.

The Linclaus say he excavated "earth, granite and bedrock", which has destabilised their deck and swimming pool, while ignoring their repeated requests to halt construction.
