Lawyers Think Paris’ Royal Treatment Blows

Or sucks. With Hilton you can take you pick. Gloria Allred, best known to me as the “Shrill Feminist Attorney” representing Lisa Simpson when she sued to get the residuals denied to her in the Behind The Laughter episode, is hopping mad, no pun intended. You’ll see what I mean in a minute.

A veteran who lost a limb was hardly given the same consideration as Paris when she stayed at the county jail and Allred’s camp is blowing the whistle:

Pamela Richardson, Army Specialist 6, said she was denied serious medical attention during her March 2007 stay in the Century Regional Detention Center — “a direct contrast to Paris Hilton.” As a result, Richardson claims that a hernia she believes developed while in custody went untreated, plus she was denied her cancer medication, and worst of all — she claims to have been verbally bashed and humiliated by being forced to crawl around the facility without the use of her prosthetic leg. Richardson was arrested (for what Allred won’t disclose), held at the Lynwood facility and then released. Charges were never filed against her.

In stark contrast, Hilton has recieved private visits from her psychiatrist, her own cell and psychotropic medication to ease the pain of being without moisturizer and a cell phone for about a month while one of our Troops has to hopalong with the one leg she has left. Not even Heather Mills had it that bad.
