R&B Hotness Beyonce Knowles dropped into a St. Louis hospital to check on the health of two fans who were hurt by a recent pyrotechnics malfunction while attending her concert:

"She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience," Williams said. "It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them."
