Britney’s Shameful VMAs Performance

With little more than a sparkly set of lingerie between us and the place Sean Preston and Jayden James made their debut, Britney Spears hit the comeback scene so hard most of of wished there was an airbag to keep the damage to a minimum. How bad was it? She’s going to be thrilled last night was the one and only full length broadcast. Even hostess Sarah Silverman couldn’t resist poking fun, calling her kids “adorable mistakes” and highlighting the fact that her life wasn’t exactly going as planned:

“She is amazing,” Silverman said. “She is 25 years old and has already accomplished everything she is going to accomplish in her life.”

Hey! Silverman forgot her upcoming custody battle, the inevitable set of lawsuits that will follow and a few other poorly chosen and ill fated relationships yet to be played out. So, she’s got a lot going on there, Sarah.

Oh, and the biznazz about Criss Angel adding some magic to the stage show? That was totally true. If you count really hideous lip syncing as magic. Which I do.
