If Foster hadn’t made the successful transition from kid star to adult roles, I could say some shiznite like “who does she think she is, Lindsay is just experimenting and her mother is right there with her, holding her hair back when she’s ‘detoxing’ on the sidewalk in front of Hyde!” But since you didn’t see Jodie turning the tabloids into Penthouse by appearing everywhere commando and in short skirts, there isn’t much to say except that Dina Lohan is pretty much tied with that woman who kept all her foster kids in dog cages. At least those kids got a real bone once in a while and not just some Brody Jenner supplements.
