Ashley Tisdale Pulls An Ashlee Simpson

High School Musical starlet Ashley Tisdale(pictured above making out with a Sock Puppet) is on her way to completing the Holy Trinity of Becoming A Celebrity now that she’s changed her hair from red to blonde and gotten herself a nose job. Now all she needs is to get her some tig ole fake bitties and she’s ready to shine! Ashley says she got herself hacked because of breathing problems.

“I didn’t do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose,” says Tisdale, who’s openly discussing the procedure because “I want my fans to know the truth. I’m not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me.”
