Nicole Richie and Joel Madden’s wee one is here! Harlow Winter Kate Madden made her big debut weighing a respectable 6lbs. and 7oz. Almost as much as mommy did before she got pregnant! Congratulations to Joel and Nicole and here’s to a healthy and happy baby.
