Amy Winehouse Rehab 2.0

Amy Winehouse or as I like to call her, The Bat’s Nest has decided to enter rehab for reals this time after a video of her smoking crack is now being investigated by British police:

“Amy decided to enter the facility today after talks with her record label, management, family and doctors. She has come to understand that she requires specialist treatment to continue her ongoing recovery from drug addiction.”

I want to believe that she wants help, I truly do, but she has a rough road ahead of her that won’t be traveled easily in those decrepit ballet flats of her. She’s a terrifically talented girl who needs a tremendous amount of help and support to pull through this and I hope she gets it. While they are at it, I hope the rehab center confiscates the Sharpie marker she’s been using as eyeliner as well. Take away the fumes she huffs from having it so near her nose and she’d probably be halfway to sobriety.
