The female run system of mental health counseling and sexual abuse/rape crisis centers refuse to allow males the designation of victim to preserve power and control, and insure no competition for ever scarce funding for their programs. Title VI funding like that from the United Way and other public sources require enforcement of all applicable anti-discrimination laws EXCEPT those on basis of gender. I know this will generate a lot of feminist hate mail in my message box, but it needs to be said; this has become a very anti-male society, and the payback will be exceptional someday. Tom S. in Tn.
