Little Precious Dannielynn Birkhead has finally been named the sole heir to mother Anna Nicole Smith’s possible $474 million dollar fortune still in the air as the will of her husband J. Howard Marshall continues to be batted around like so many of her enormous fake breasts:

Dannielynn could inherit millions of dollars if the estate wins an ongoing court fight over the oil fortune of Smith’s late second husband, J. Howard Marshall. Smith at one point won a $474 million judgment but it was eventually reduced to zero. In 2006, the U.S. Supreme Court reinstated her claim, but Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote that Marshall didn’t include anything for Smith in his will.

So Monty Burns forgot to leave his trophy wife some cheddar, big deal! He was like, what, a million years old? If he remembered where he put his dentures, not to call African-Americans “colored” and to ring the bell when his diaper was wet, he was having a pretty good day. Give the baby some money so her dad can stop pimping her out to pay the bills.

Little Miss Precious Dannielynn Birkhead was out at Kitson Kids with daddy Larry Birkhead where they shopped for dresses and duds for the upcoming holidays. Today would have been Anna Nicole’s 40th birthday and where there should be cake and champagne and feathers and possibly male strippers I am sad to say there aren’t. Yet another attorney for Dannielynn Birkhead has his hand out looking to grab some of the tiny tot’s baby bling. Lawyer Richard Milstein is asking for $200,000 dollars to cover the two weeks he spent as DL’s guardian ad litem:

In an effort to clarify some information currently circulating in the media, following is an overview of the current situation. The Order entered by the Court appointing me as guardian ad litem says that the Court will determine a reasonable fee. We submitted our fees for the work we did, based on our standard hourly rates. A hearing will take place in which the Court will then determine the fees to be paid. This is the appropriate process for the determination of fees. Interviews at this time would not seem appropriate. I appreciate your respect and understanding.”

That adds up to over $14,000 a DAY for this man. For what amounts to glorified babysitting sans diaper changing, bottle warming or any of the other antics a parent has to perform. For $14,000 a day, he should have at least had to be spit up on and had to get up in the middle of the night to sing “The Wheels On The Bus Go Round And Round” until she stopped crying and went back to sleep. He should also have to draft some sort of Get Out Of Jail Free type card for when she turns 14 and Larry has to start polishing a pistol to in the living room to keep the teenage boys as far away as possible.

As much as I have prayed that it would be the lard lovin’ mama Virgie Arthur getting the long arm of the law stuck up her muumuus, it was another set of two bit players in the drama surrounding the death of Anna Nicole Smith whose offices were raiding this morning.
